If your jewelry arrives damaged you will need to explain whats broken along with pictures of the item to my email address at (nicolecarrascofigurefitness@gmail.com) within 7 days of the products arrival date. If satisfied with the pictures & the description I will contact you & send you a replacement if instock or give you a store credit that will last 30 days. after 30 days the credit will expire.
