Returns & Policies for Clients ordering within the United States​

 Returns for Posing Shoes  You have 21 Calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, All items MUST be unused & in the same original new condition that you received it. Items must be in it's original packaging & any Accessories, Labels & "Free Gifts" or bonus items as well.

Items not returned within the 21 Calendar days & not in their original condition plus packaging Will NOT be accepted & Their are no exceptions.The customer will remain responsible for the purchase of the item & the item will be immediately shipped back to the customer.

​Refunds Once your shoes are returned within the 21 Calendar days we will inspect it & notify you that we received your returned item.. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspectining the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund. We will refund your money on your credit card (or original method of payment) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

Shipping The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you are approved to receive a refund, we charge a 10% restocking fee and it will be deducted from your refund.

Wrong Address  It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address!

Damaged Shoes If you have received a damaged pair of shoes once they have arrived, please contact us Asap! and within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. at nicolecarrascofigurefitness@gmail.com

If you do not contact us within the 7 day's after your delivery, there will be no refund, credit or replacement.
